Can you say fuel mpg's down the toilet!!!!! also can cause long term engine damage!.
ObdII emission controls will be out of whack,causing fuel trims to be off the scale

As for removing the cat. I just got a tunner for my 03, you can turn off the after cat o2 sensors. Then all you would have is the less back pressure. Less the back pressure the better. That is the hole point for the hedders and cat back systems. And you can change the fuel map with tunner.
You are still braking the law, there is no tunner for that. And I am not sure on the mpg thing.
