I'm just about to finish the pannel replacement on my vehicle.

I welded in the new section and I need to smooth the area where the weld is.

What do I use? Bondo? or something else?

I'd pass on bondo and try Rage Gold. A bit more money but a better product. Try to grind / hammer & dolly the area to get it as close as you can.

Scuff up the whole area with about 60 or 80 grit paper, then apply rage gold (or something simular)
