An Electrical Question

Does anyone know what the N.E.C. code is for the minimum distance allowed in front of a circuit breaker panel?

How close can one put a wall/structure in front of the breaker panel?

Just curious.

In front of the panel, covering the entire opening of the cabinet in
which it is mounted, you need a clear space that is thirty inches wide
across the face of the panel; three feet deep out from the face of the
panel; and six and one half feet high or the height of the panel
whichever is greater. The handle of the service disconnecting means may
not be more than 6&1/2' from the floor in any case
