The Owners Manual for my 04 F250 4x4 specs Motorcraft p/n E8TZ19590A (Hi Temp 4x4 Front Axle and Wheel Bearing Grease), for the front spindles, bearings, and U-joints. Is this the same grease to use on front end joints (idler arm, etc)?

Or does any General Purpose grease work?

EDIT. OK, after taking a peek under the truck, let my add a question. What should I be lubing at the 15,000 mile service? I only see grease fittings on the steering components and not the drive shaft yoke or u-joints. The factory Maintenance Guide says to lube the 4x4 front axle shaft u-joints....
