The message that I want to convey is that it can be done, but it is a lot of work. If BBT can change one out there is hope for everyone. The "it is a lot of work" is what I want you to catch. It's those little parts that have to aligned that kick butt. You need to know your limits before you start.
I perfer the no shifting of the auto as my choice, and have swapped a 3spd out for a c6. The auto in has a lot less pieces to make work when converting.
