stx 04 4x4 problem

stx 04 4x4 problem
when driving or even in a stoped position, mostly friving i would shift lever into 4x4 hi, i would here a loud clicking sound in front end but tires engaged into 4x4, when i take it out of 4x4 the noise goes away, i can be stopped or moving between 3mph and 35mph and it would have the front end noise, anyone else exp anything like this? truck has 33000 miles so definetly taking back to dealer onmonday! but wouldlove info any one has same prob or a prob similar. 04 STX 4x4 Problem
Come to think of it I did have a clicking sound coming from the front area, back when I first got the truck. This happened without being in 4x4, mainly in park or drive. Took it to the dealer, they replaced the transmission. No problems since.

got truck back on tuesday from dealership, well the problem was what i read in here, thanks guys!! for all your nsight, but the prob was the heat sheald from the exhaust was bent forward causing it to knock into the hub!!! good deal!
