have a 04 stx f-150 4x4, had the front springs chaged, shocks and struts! now when im driving at either 43mph or 53 mph, i get vibration in steering wheel.....any one have any ideas?? thanks
Have you had your tires balanced lately? Could be as simple as a wheel weight issue. It could also be that your lug nuts are improperly torqued (too tight can cause the same feeling as not tight enough).
i have the same problem except for i have brand new shocks, rotors, pads, tires and wheels, balanced and alignment ..im kind of pissed although i am getting ready to do the sway bar end links and lower ball joints possibly the uppers too. hopefully it helps, good luck . I heard our f150s do this normally but i refuse to believe that

More than 90% of the time, it's tire/wheel related. Rotate/balance wheels and see if that helps. Depending on the history of the tires, they may have to be replaced. Check wheels for runout/out of round.

+1 rotate them and see what happens, if it stops rebalance the ones you had up front.
