Ext temp sensor
Anyone know where this sensor is located? It is reading about 10 degrees too high and getting higher. Biggest problem is the automatic climate control doens't work right now. I have it set at almost 80 to be comfortable. I think this is the problem, everything else seems to be functioning properly.

I am having the same problem on 98EB and it is not the temperature sensor. I bought a new one and plugged it in...same result. BTW it is under the bumper behind the drivers side headlight.
I got a printout of the troubleshooting guide from the dealership but haven't had a chance to run through it. The felt that the module (overhead unit) would ned to be replaced. I will let you know when I have the time to sort it out.
