if you buy an aftermarket headliner it should come with everything you need..if youre getting one from the junkyard then ul need some things...youll need to attach it somehow since your truck probably doesnt have the trim pieces around that hold it up on the xlts...if uv done any work with fiberglass before you can make pieces fairly easily, otherwise i'd do it with some good adhesive, or if you want use stainless self tapping screws or small bolts to make it look rugged

I'd get some trim pieces from the junkyard, and then you can usually find some upholsterer that works out of a trailer that can install a headliner, headliner fabric/foam included, for $50. I was impressed with mine, just make sure they use some glue that won't melt in the sun.
