2002 Headliner removal

I am looking to install a Video system in my 02 Expedition. Is their any tips or tricks to removing the headliner? Thanks!

2002 Headliner removal

Hey, took one apart today, Ford doesn't use anything to hold it up but trim.Remove everything up top from the visors to the tailgate, including the door seals, a,b,c pillar trims,shoulder belt anchors,overhead console(s) and grab handles.And sunroof itim if equipped.
