I was under the truck the other day changing my oil.. since i have the 9" lift and 38" tires.. i can just sit indian style under the truck and do all the work.. so i was looking at what i thought to be the fuel pump.(inside drivers side frame rail).. cuz i had been reading up on how to drain it if there is water in there.. so i noticed that just to the right of that screw/bolt that you loosen to drain water.. there is a plug on the box (right side).. total of 3 of them.. and only 2 are plugged in... the bottom one is not plugged in.. the wire and connection are there but they are unplugged.. i bought this truck used 2 months ago.. and this is the first time i've noticed it... OASIS report showed nothing ever being done about the fuel system or anything.. i'm at work now.. but will take pictures 2day when i get home and post them so you guys can see what i'm talking about if this is unclear. no codes, no lights.. runs awesome and has awesome power.. espically w/ no muffler now.

It is not that uncommon for teh WIF Sensor to go out on these trucks. If the light comes on, just drain the water separator and see if the light goes off. If not, you have to have it replaced at the dealer I believe you have to have a special tool to R&R the sensor.
i'll just try draining it.. clean the connection..cuz it looks pretty dirty.. plug it back in and if it comes on.. i'll just leave in unplugged.. i really dont need it to be working.. i'll just drain it every now and then.. thx for all the help guys.. much appreciated..
