Question

I Need Help Quick PLEASE

today i noticed my hood wasnt shuting all the way so i pushed the right side of the hood latch down seeing if that would catch it (well i later found out that i needed to push it up ) and the hood jamed its not all the way down and it wont come up or go down and the release latch (the one in the grille) will not move at all please i have to go to the doctors in the morning so i need to fix it ...PLEASE HELP ..THANK YOU

What year explorer? Have you tried pulling the release cable to make sure the main latch has released?

Have someone jockey the hood up and down while you are pulling the release cable.

spray it liberally with some wd-40 or if you dont have that, grease will work.

thank you all i got it open i just took out the bolts to the hood latch and pulled it all up with the hood
