Does your computer have digital out and your receiver have digital in? If so, you'll just need a coax cable or a fiber cable. ( i think thats what they're called..)
If not you can either use one 1/8inch jack to rca (again, not sure on the name, someone will help me out..) converter for stereo sound, or if your receiver has 6 channel in and your computer has 6 channel out you can buy three of those cables and connect that way.
Thanks for the info. I will have to stop in next time Im at the mall. It does not have the digital output, but my receiver does have a digital-in. The speakers that came with the computer are 5.1 surround sound with a subwoofer...but I havent looked at them yet to see how they connect.
Im actually on my new computer right now and Im loving this true 19" flatscreen! Its amazing! And the XPS tower is HUGE!! Its larger than a lot of servers I have seen!
