Steering Column Interchange

[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON 01-Sep-01 AT 08:33 AM (EST)[/font][p]I have a 1977 F-150 Ranger XLT with powersteering and a c-6 transmission.

I need to change the steering column. I would like to get a locking coulmn with a tilt wheel out of a newer truck.

Does anyone know what if any model years will interchange with a 77?

78 & 79 since those were only years they were offered in the 65-79 series trucks.
