1972 F600 steering

1972 F600 steering
I have a 1972 f600 with manual steering. Everything I can find on here seems to indicate that 73-79 will interchange. What years will work with a 72? What about power steering from a 77? Thanks for any help.

Larry.. I have both trucks..a 67.. and several 73 thru 79s...
The frames appear the same to me... so it appears everything from a 73-to79 will bolt on over...
To do the conversion you would need everything however
And especially the spacers for the PS box.. to space it away from the frame properly
The PS pump is easy.. because you can adapt just about any pump..I suggest saginaw.. if you are making the conversion
Make sure you get the correct pitman arm...
I may.. repeat may... have a line on everything..Im scheduled to get several f600 parts trucks in the next month or so
