Want to service my tranny and for the life of me can't find the nut to drain the torque converter, 03 7.3 with E40D, any thoughts?

Around mid 01 they quit putting drain plugs in the t/c
There is a way to change the trans fluid using the return line from the cooler. Someone else will have to tell you where to find the instructions.

that sounds reasonable, I had heard they removed the plug and others swore it was there, at least now I know I am not crazy thanks for the quick response everyone.
