Sunvisor replacing

I need to replace the passenger side sunvisor on my 02 explorer. It is held on by 2 screws .. the heads of which are hidden by a cover. For the life of me I can not seem to be able to get that little cover off. Any ideas from someone who has done this ??

I work for the company that made those bracket caps (that's the name of those covers). There are two snaps (plastic) holding the cap on. Use a small flat screw driver to gently pry the cover loose...it'll come off with.

Good luck.
