Check your owners manual to find out what type of bulb your truck uses in each spot, or you can look in a bulb guide at an auto parts store.
Then go here and find the LED replacement for that bulb type: http://superbrightleds.com/1157.htm
For the tail lights, I as well as others have taken the tail light housing off the truck, cut out the back of the reflector, and epoxied in a truck-lite model 60 tail light housing... makes for some incredible lighting back there.
