2001 Ford Explorer Front End Issues

Well, here we go again, more issuses with my 01 Limited Explorer. I posted a question here about a creaking noise in the front end, back in the Fall. I did have the lower ball joints replaced, under my ESP. NOW, I've got yet another creaking sound that is coming from the very same area the ball joint noise was. Can anyone self diagnose this issue, so when I do go to the dealership, I can sorta pinpoint the problem??? I'm getting very tired of taking this POS into the dealer every single time I have an issue. My god, the thing only has 44K miles on it and I've had in for stupid little things 4 times now....
