It's probably the stabilizer bar bushings or the torsion bar adjusters. As a test, you could unbolt the stabilizer bar bushing clamps and wire the bar up out of the way. Go for a test drive and see if the creaking has stopped. If it still creaks, try squirting some silicone spray into the area around the tips of the torsion bar adjusters.
