A 351 and a 302 are bascialy the same on the outside. Go to summit's web site and look for headers for your truck (But pretend you have a 302) and you will find what you need.
You may have to pull off you manifolds and check weather you have oval or square. I just had to undo my exhaust manifolds because I droped my oil pump driveshaft in my oil pan. (Don't ask) when I put it back on.....no leaks.
any headers you get for our trucks with a 351w swapped in will have to be modified to fit or some tricky pipe bending will neeed to be done. the inch taller deck height makes a difference. I have been looking for headers for my truck with a 351w swapped in for 2 years now,no luck. I had to jerry rig my stock manifolds to make them work. sanderson can make them custom, but they are pricey. Some guys have used MAC shorty mustang headers, but one side has to have some tricky bends done to work, from what I remember.Sorry I can't answer the question about the oval/square ports, has been 2 years since I have had the manifolds off the engine.
They should be square ports, but you can use the oval port headers with them. The ports aren't really perfecly square and many companies have been bulding these oval port headers for years. The entrance to the pipe at the flange is larger than the port itself, so they match up fairly well. (About as well as headers usually match up.)
Car headers may or may not fit. I put a 351C in my '72 F250 a few years back and of course there are no headers for that combination. I scrounged an old set for a Torino and they fit almost perfect, didn't have to modify them a bit. So, you never know...
