Do you mean like this?

The answer is 'No'. You need to find an aftermarket single plane manifold and modify it with Bungs for Fuel Injectors. There are vendor that will do that for a ($$) price.

That intake is made by Cylinder Head Innovations in Austrailia to mate to their 3V heads. It has been modified for port injection.

I use a Ford EEC-IV computer from a '93 Mustang. It has been tuned for my motor using a Tweecer. The EEC-IV is a Sequential Fuel Injection. Megasquirt is not sequential.

That is becoming more popular and i believe most of edelbrock new stuff has a casting for them to be drilled out. And other makers also. That helps reduce the cost so no welding is required.

I installed the Injector bungs with High Temp Epoxy. The only fabrication cost was boring the manifold for the Bungs, and boring the fuel rails on the same centers. The fuel rails are made from one 3 foot piece of extrusion, cut into 2 18" lengths, bored for injectors and tapped for pipe fittings.

The biggest problem is that no one currently makes a single plane manifold for a 351M/400 motor. You need to find an old Holley Street Dominator. There are no bosses for fuel injectors on those manifolds, so some welding is required.

The manifold that I got from CHI is similar to 'Product ID: CHI 9.5"W 3V 218-250 4500'

They didn't have the 400 Manifold when I did this. My manifold had the bosses, the new 400 manifold does not. My manifold is also different from the 9.5" because it uses the valley cover like the new 400 manifold.
I had to use spacers because the 400 deck height is 10.297", and the manifold is for a 9.5" deck height.

These manifolds fit motors with CHI 3V heads and do not fit motors with 2V heads.
