enableing cookies

enableing cookies
this new computer of mine... sucks
anyways i need to enable my cookies for some reason, alot of the media sites and stuff wont let me view them. one site gave me this info
"Select Tools -> Internet Options and click on the "Privacy" tab.
The default setting is "Medium". Move the slider down to choose "Accept all cookies".
but... im a idiot usually with computers and cant figure out where the "select tools_. internet options part is...
i have AOL9.0 if this helps any of you help me here...

What browser are you running?Not to familiar with aol.But if your running a microsoft browser I can tell you how.appreciate ya!With internet explorer open look at the top click tools and follow through with those directions there right!
