95 explorer won't start

Hi all, well i'll keep this a short as possible. the explorer cranks but it is just not starting!!! a month ago i took the explorer to a local shop where they did a systems check and codes 335 and 336 came up. the mechanic told me that all i needed to do was repace the EVP and clean the fuel injection system but it was working fine at the time so i did not pay much attetion to it. i replaced the fuel pump a couple of months ago so i don't think is that. and jump starting won't work. i wonder if the problem has to do with the EVP or not. i tryed spraying some starter fluid in the intake hose but that did not work either.please help any suggestions before i have the truck towed to a mechanic. thank you....
