fuel problems/won't start

1992 F150 300 6CYL A couple months ago, the front tank stopped working, the back tank had a leak, so we replaced the back tank and installed a new fuel pump. We've been running on the back tank since then. Now truck won't run on either tank. When I try to crank it the engine is spinning, but I'm not hearing the fuel pump prime up/whirling sound. I pulled codes 327-EVP circuit below min voltage, 332-Insufficient EGR flow detected and 542-Fuel Pump Secondary circuit failure-ground to PCM. What's wrong!! Will replacing the EGR replacement position sensor be enough, or do I have to replace the whole EGR Valve? How do I check the PCM ground? I have the Haynes book, but I'm still confused.

Welcome to the forum.

The pcm ground is usually attatched to the ground cable at the battery.
I would check the fuel pump relay too. It could be bad.
