NP203 rebuild
I am making a doubler for my 77 F250 and I have a divorced NP203 that I will be using the front gear section of. Does anyone have a copy of a shop manual or anything that shows a step by step procedure for disassembly and reassembly? Thanks.

Make sure when you pull it apart to get the range case off for the doubler that you also save the output shaft from the range box. Most of the places that sell doubler kits charge a core fee or offer a discount if you ship them your shaft back because they need to modify them to fit the 205 input.
It's been a while since I pulled mine apart but I believe it was just a few bolts to get the range box loose. Then I pulled the rear yoke and rear output cover and smacked the end of the shaft with a hammer. It fell right out of there.
