91 f 250 tranny problem

Cool 91 f 250 tranny problem
od light stays yellow, doesn't blink or change to green when pushed. transmission shifts second and thrid only tach quit working all at once. need some help on what could be the problem

Repair the electrical problem first. The rest usually follows along.
