Replacing Front Wheel Bearings
I plan to replace the inner and outer wheel bearings and races and grease seals on the front axle of my 2wd 78 F150. Will I need to press the old races out? Or can I just use hand tools to pop them out? Is there anything special that I need to know about before diving into this project? (My Haynes manual is not very detailed).

Replacing Front Wheel Bearings
They will pop right out with hand tools. Knock them out from the opposite ends. Hammer and chisel works well or use an old ratchet extension that you don't mind beating on with a hammer.
