yes i would do it again. they go for 250.00 on ebay. i got mine for 30.00 the guy had no clue what it was worth! install is simple. i did mine in 20 minutes. some people have said the wiring is different, but mine came from a 78 and i had to swap no wires. it was plug and play. i still have to fix the broken turn signal cam which is 10.00. i also installed a grant steering wheel.

I have a tilt one out of a 1978 i want to put in my 771/2f250 and it is realy as easy as plug and play with the wiring?
I had put one in my 76 high boy out of a 78 bronco and the
swap was like you say 20 mins max, but never got around to
hooking up the wiring before i sold it.

where'd ya find a signal cam for $10... when i had a tilt, they wanted $180 for a signal switch for it.... 
still got it in the junk truck, but never really liked it... left it in the same spot as my regular colum sits.
