Smog test?

Hi, I have a 1979 ford f-150, with a ford 400 california edition motor with a holley 4 barrel carb. I was wondering if there was any way I can have my truck pass smog. It has passed no problem before, I am just worried now that it has the 4 barrel and I have heard it will not pass the visual. Is there any way, for this truck to pass?
