Brake pedal doesn't return

I got in my truck last weekend and when I started driving the brake pedal does not return all the way, it stays down and the brakes are dragging. So far I have replaced the power booster, master cylinder and both rear cylinders(stuck bleeder valves) and bled all 4 wheels but still have same problem. Any ideas?

check under the dash and make sure nothing (wires, brake switch etc.) has fallen down restricting the pedals return. Did you replace the vacuum li8ne and check valve?

How hard of a job was it to change the master cylinder?

The master cylinder was pretty easy to change, the vacuum booster was a pain in the butt, it is a very tight fit.

Turned out the problem was pedal itself was sticking, loosened up the bracket and sprayed with lubricant, works fine now.
