While you're looking around in there also check the high pressure oil lines, the actuator rod for the exhaust backpressure valve and the oil rail galley plugs along the inside of the "V" on the heads.
I"ve noticed a leak in the valley of my 97 also. What is the turbo pedistal, and how would you check to make sure that is the problem, without tearing down everything in the area first? Thanks Jeff
