when a tq goes bad you should have along with it a front seal problem you have stated no bad color in fluid right. and you also stated replacing the filter. color good and filter new. your tranny does not move at all speaking as an ex ford tech and current advance auto parts worker. i suspect you have a bad vaccum modular valve
with no pressure you can't shift that part shouldn't cost more than 30 bucks.

Agreed. I doubt that the tranny is going bad on you. These trannies are tough, but modulators are maintenance items that are meant to be replaced periodically. If they go bad and get neglected, then tranny damage may eventually occur.
