Sounds like you got the wrong programmer from Hypertech. Did you give them the correct information about the truck including VIN code?... Call Hypertech they are very nice and will help you in any way that they can.

I have the correct programmer. However, I did not give the VIN when I purchased it. I looked up the programmer through their product search engine, by make and model. I haven't been able to call them though. Their office is closed over the holidays. They'll be back after Jan. 3rd.

Sorry... looks like you're SOL until Jan 3rd. THey will be able to tell you exactly whats wrong though. Good luck. Oh, bye the way.... did you try disconnecting the battery and resetting the computer. Then try to reinstall the program. That might solve your problem.
