My trucks still on order, I DID get the 4.30's, but wonder why your saying you need them.

Towing a massive load?
Accelerations bad?
Big tires?

through most of the other post everyone says use the 4.30s. I do haul large loads occasionaly.acceleration could be better on hills. Recently had the largest tires I could put on my stock rims

Sound like GOOD reasons! What size tire / rim combo did you get? Factory rims run from 17"-20".

tire size is 285/75/r16. Not a large mudder, but they look good. As I said,I haul cars from time to time, boats and abbcats. I don't know if maybe some motor mods will help with choosing gear size. I have the SC 1715, K@N FIPK GEN II Intake, and poweraid throttle body spacer. The truck will light em' up with ease. I am planning on getting banks setup. maybe wipple in near future, just for fun. maybe all this helps
