What are the correct shift points?

What are the correct shift points?
I see lots of posts about "how do I raise my shift point" But what are the correct shift points for a 77 F150 400 C6? With light throttle mine shifts into second at 10mph and third at 20-25mph. I'm still getting everything roadworthy, and the roads are wet today, so I haven't tried pushing it harder. What do you guys have as light and full throttle shift points?

10-15 and 20-25 sounds just about right for light throttle shift points.

i have a shift kit in mine, set on towing mode, and my shift points are 40-45mph @4000 then at 65ish mph.

My shift to second happens at 4300rpm(60mph) when wide open, third should be the same rpm, but that's about 100mph so I have not tested it.
