What are the correct shift points?

What are the correct shift points?
I see lots of posts about "how do I raise my shift point" But what are the correct shift points for a 77 F150 400 C6? With light throttle mine shifts into second at 10mph and third at 20-25mph. I'm still getting everything roadworthy, and the roads are wet today, so I haven't tried pushing it harder. What do you guys have as light and full throttle shift points?
