If it is some sort of radiator stop leak, it might work for a while (it saved my bacon once) but afterwards, when it fails, you've still got a blown head gasket and now a clogged heater core, clogged radiator and who knows what inside the engine. I used a radiator stop leak for a blown head gasket on my aerostar 4.0 liter. It got me home 200 miles and a few more days after but when I took the engine out and apart the pasty sludge from this product was everywhere, and the heater core is toast, my new rad probably is too.

Bronco nailed that one!
No matter what you use its still just a bandage. If you've got the time and $ you're better off just tackling the head gasket job.
Someone once posted that its costly but simply awesome!
The only experience I have is with the cheaper stuff that will, as mentioned, plug up more than you bargained for.
that's what i heard.. i just spent $63.00 on a quart of "blue devil". i'm gonna give it a shot,, what the hell, beats 1500.00 for a new motor. i'll let you know
