Wheel backspacing for 2002
Hey fellers, need some quick info. I'm looking at purchasing some new wheels and tires today and need to find out what backspacing I need. I'm going for 20x10 wheels and I could swear that I need -25mm backspacing. The tire shop says that won't fit my truck, and they are calling for -6mm. So who's right?

I put 17x10 Eagle Alloys series 114 on my 2002 F350 4x4 CC SB SRW. The wheels had 4.65" backspacing and -20mm offset. With 35x12.50R17E tires it was a good fit. If you bought the same wheels in size 20x10, the backspacing would be 4 5/8" and the offset will be -21mm. You need to stay around 4.5" of backspacing or the wheels/tires will extend outside the fenderwell.
