Is your turbo dusted or anything like that as well? I can make 14 lb easy just going up a slight hill on the freeway empty. If I nail it I'll get 26 - 27 psi in Tow/Haul. And I still haven't replaced my fuel pump yet.

did you guys disconect your wastegate actuator...? you can see the mods in my sig...

running the 85hp tune from the predator i have NO PROBLEM getting 20 - 26 pounds of boost even running empty, although i need to be in second gear... she shifts out of first to quick to get the boost up that high in first... egts can get up to 1200 quick... but usually don't when i'm running empty.... running the 40 hp tune and towing the 5ver while pulling some big hills i have seen 30 lbs of boost, but my egts went up too high so i had to back off.... time for a 4" turbo back ss exhaust...!

the wastegate actuator will begin to open the wastegate and dump boost at as little as 5 lbs of boost..! makes it a little tough to make more...! and the most boost i got with it hooked up was 17 lbs... unhooked it and i made 22 lbs... that 5 lbs makes a big difference..! there is a red plastic line that hooks to a gold canister on the side of your turbo... this is the actuator... unhook that line from the actuator and simply stick it on the end of one of your boost tube clamp ends to plug it off... bingo..! free mod..! it won't hurt anything... all it does is hold the boost until the pressure overcomes the spring pressure in the actuator that is holding the wastegate closed... just be sure to hook it back up if you go into the dealership to have anything done or looked at... the mechs will see it unplugged and know why it is unplugged...!

No I didnt unhook the red line. I purchased a inline fuel filter and put that between the redline and the wastegate can. Now I get into it and go up to 10lb but cruise at about 4 at 75mph? Kwik what do you mean dusted? I put a wicked wheel in and she spins freely as well as I hear her spin down on shutdown. No I dont have orange hoses EDUB, no leaks sound fine. Im wondering what stock is, I just ordered a bumper to bumper manual.

Dusted means the little turbo blades are rounded off from inhaling dust. Since you have a WW and the turbo spins freely that's not an issue.
