starter recommendations

I've done a search thru the old posts, and it seems that people recommend a gear reduction starter for any mild 400 rebuild (mine is a TMI type rebuild with flat-tops and a 255DEH). A few people have swapped out one from a 90's F350 that came with the 7.5L 460. Has anyone ever bought a starter from these people:

$75 shipped, 4.1:1 gear reduction, plus the kit to use the existing fender-mounted solenoid.

Any thoughts?

Would I need to buy a conversion kit if I instead went with the F350 starter?
