1) Position the seat where you want it.

2) Press the "SET" button, and the little light on the button illuminates

3) Whilt the light is still on, press the 1 or 2 button, whichever one you want to save that seat position to.

That's it. If someone moves the seat, just hit the numbered button you saved your setting to, and it will go right back to its set position. Sorry- the tow mirrors are not part of the memory, as far as I know.

Memory Seat

Thanks. I see that I wasn't clear enough. I can set the seat buy the buttons, but how do I get the seat to recognize my wife's or my unlock button on our key ring. It is susposed to set the seat to our own posistion when either of us unlocks the SUV. Thanks again

This is new to me. Our 2003 does not have that function. It only states that you can have multiple codes to open, nothing about moving the seats or the mirrors based on who opens the door with the code

From an old post on forum.

When you programmed the fobs, the first one you programmed will do the 1st driver position. The second wiil do position 2.

Now, set the seat where you want it and push "memory" then "1". Then see which fob brings it to that position, this would be fob "1".

Do the same for position "2" and the other fob will bring it to that position.

My position is "1" in my Expy and the wife's is "2".

Or, if you put the seat where you want it and hit "memory" then "1". Then hit "memory" then "2" both fobs will bring it to the same position.

Maybe that's a little clearer.
