Running Board Lights

I want to figure out why my passenger side running board lights aren't working, any ideas on best place to start?

Light Fixture

I had one on my drivers side go out a while back. The seal went bad and moisture destroyed the whole fixture. Haven't fixed it yet, but I will have to order a new one from ford and splice it in. Haven't found any aftermarket sources for one.

My front drivers side went out, went to unbolt the plate to replace the bulb and both bolts just spin. It can stay broke.

Mine is doing the exact same thing-I am about to cut one of the bolts off so I can get to the bulb..
