Ebay or the junkyard would be your best bet.
I believe that they are set by using dip switchs in the FOB. I am not sure sense I don't own one at the moment.
Otherwise you are looking at going to Ford and they run around $150.

I got my aftermarket keyless remote from Bulldog. I think about $69.00. Install was easy enough, had to crawl under the dash and track down wires, lots easier than spark plugs. It's a must have. Only complaint is the range is weak, 10 feet or so. Still very useful.
