351 rebuild

i have not yet got my engine but i wanted to ask a couple of qestions i am going to be rebuilding a 351w #1 wich would be the easyest to build a carburated or fuel injection?#2 could i just take just take a coupel of pieces off at a time and replace them and do the whole moter that way. i want it to be stock but i will do a couple of things to increase torque.KEEP IN MIND A HAVE NEVER REBUILT A ENGINE BEFORE. and i would like to know some of the tools ect. ill need and when ever u pull a engine were do you hook the chains to the motor? any help would be great. THANKS

There is a good amount of work to swapping an engine and rebuilding it. I would suggest you get this book and start reading. It a good beginners book and goes through pulling and building a motor.
ford small bock.
I think you might find it cheaper at amazon.

A haynes manual would also be a good one to have. but that book mentiond above is great
