i use my 78 f 250 ranger aminly for off road mudding a nd trails. i don't have to worry about gas or emissions. it has a 74 351w in it and i'm looking for some relatively cheap upgrades for when i rebuild the motor this winter. i was thinking of the extreme energy cam from comp and their lifters. i just don't know if i can still use my stock rocker arms and pushrods or if i should upgrade those too allong with the valve springs. any other suggestions for low range (1500-4000) torque increase for the old 74 would be great. for head work i only plan on grinding the bumps out of the exhaust ports probably no port and polish this time
