ok well ive got 2 questions one is my tranny is gear hunting around 35 to 45 under light throttle and i can't figure why the second is does anyone know how to wire a mystery switch to control tc lockup on these things the truck is a 90 250 7.3 idi no turbo e40d trans idk rear gears if someone has an idea that would be kool anyways any help will be appreciated thanks

Do you have any codes? How many miles on the trans? Is the fluid clean and full? Is the OD light blinking? Does it still hunt for gears if the OD is turned off? I don't know of a mystery switch. If the trans is good and the sensors are good and set to spec. you should not need any thing else.

i havent tryed to pull codes mostly idk how and idk if kragen knows how no the light is not blinking trans fluid is hurts hot sift it full and brand new alnog w/new filter so its clean 155000 miles on it i asume its all origanial but i don't really know havent tried to turn off the od should try it

as for the mystery switch this truck is turned up and the extra clamping force when in the other gears will help racing from light to light and when i wanna screw around. its mostly for control of the trans(and another switch) i like manuels and so this makes it feel like it more tho not near the same
