e40d specs

can any body tell me what the gear ratios in the e40d is also the HP, TQ, and towing ratings are?

Can't say for sure what the gear ratios are but 3rd should be 1:1 and 4th is typically a .75 or .7 overdrive. HP, TQ and tow ratings will depend on which version of the transmission you are asking about. There are several different internal configurations depending on application. As an example, the version used in the updated F350 Diesels will have a six pinion, steel planetary gear while the 4.9, 5.0 and 5.8 liter gas motors in F150s will have a 4 pinion aluminum planetary gear.
