400 to 351W

400 to 351W

ok my dad just got his 351W back from the shop, and i was wondering what it would take to convert a 78' 400 F150 over to the 351W??? Sorry im more a big block guy so i dont know if there switch over our not.

You would need a tranny or bellhousing change plus the flywheel- flexplate to match. The 400 is different than than the 351W. Front accessories from the 351. Maybe motor tower- mounts too.
