Fuel Pressure Regulator
I have a 1991 Explorer with the 4.0L V-6. I need to change the fuel pressure regulator. My problem is that the instructions in my Haynes book just talk about unscrewing the fuel return line (I think) at the top of the FPR. My connection, however, is some sort of plastic connection. Is this a quick connect? How do I disconnect so I can finish the job and put the new FPR on?

You need a special tool to remove it. The have the tool at Napa, it's a black plastic strap with six or seven white clips on it, made by Lisle, generally runs around $15, and works on the fuel and a/c lines. Don't waste your time with the scissors style, they don't work very well at all.
