I also watching for another write up in Drag race mag or Rat Rods mag. When I ran the stick shift race in Sept, a fellow came up and took bunch of pics and took down information. I runn'rd up that race so I'm hopin to see some more coverage....maybe?? I made Legendary Ford magazine twice this past year and was used in an ad for Crites restoration for a few months. Sure helps to have something NO ONE else runs!! I'll take any slap on the back I can get LOL!! (as long as it's not a slap on the head )
This past fall I ran 11.40 @ 119.99
It usually runs 11.5-11.6 thru the summer at 116-117 mph. I covered the guy I ran and dumped off hard so as to not worry about breaking out. That's the reason for the low MPH.
It's a nat aspirated 428. The 427 decal on the hood kinda throws most for a loop...even though it says "PLUS 1" under it (since it's a 428). Remember seeing my video this past spring? It shows under hood. The car weighs 3920 empty...that's 4100 lbs WITH me!

I cant remember off hand who it was from the Net54 group that told me you had made a couple other write-ups also this year....Larry get almost as much press as Jay Brown gets with his 10 sec. 69 Mach1 with full street interior!! LOL..
Glad to hear it Larry..your a good man No matter what these guys say! J/K..LOL..
I try to keep up on any write up's. In years past from Ford Expo I have been in a couple articles. My buddy called me this morning to let me know I was in MM/FF, so I need to pick a copy up. Another buddy told me about the Legendary FORD write up, so I subscribed to that to get the copies(NO one keeps that on the shelf around here! ).
Sure helps to NOT be just another RED mustang.....LMAO!!!
I was just looking through this thread with my 10 year old son. He saw the "Battlestar Galactic" picture and said "Sweet Wagon" and it was yours! WAY TO GO!
Thanks for running "the old stuff". You make alot of people smile!
